I like g
ardening for several reasons. One is that you can just work in the soil without needing to write a strategic summary or make a PowerPoint presentation. Another reason is that I find it a good analogy for making a change. Even when you can envision the new goal you want to reach, the work often starts with clearing out old weeds and preparing the soil. And that can take a while.
This is my garden box. Overgrown and ignored three years while I traveled. I cleared it on Easter Monday morning (a holiday here in Europe). After a few hours, I could feel in my body how I had pulled roots and dug in hard soil. And this is just a little box! I have a vision of a small perennial garden.
I'll keep you posted on how this change evolves.
