Just more than halfway to Chicago. Admit I enjoyed two proseccos with lunch. But that was 3 hours and 2 movies ago. Don’t travel much these days and barely remember how to do it (well, I did remember to wear easily removable shoes).
I have a little time on my PC. I’m thinking about my business at 35,000 feet literally and figuratively. (Remember how many times during the last few years I’ve been happy to say I was NOT viewing the world while shooting through the air in a metal tube at 35,000 feet?) Today, because it is 18 months since the last time at this altitude for so long, it works.
I’m still in business. That’s the first thing I’m thinking. Real clients. So real in fact that I had to pack during the hours just before midnight last night because a workshop ended late. Good problem. I remember enough about how to pack. What else I think is that it is a luxury to explore. I have ideas since 2005 since I decided to dare this adventure. I’m reading them now. When’s the last time you compared where you are now with where you thought about three years ago? When do we find time for this unless we are “stuck” nine hours on a plane? J
