I've recently traded some services with a good friend and colleague Sandra O (who has appeared on this blog previously - still an adamant nonblogger). She attends my seminars and in exchange is demonstrating a counseling method I'm interested to understand called Logosynthesis. We are using me as the demonstration model.
I've learned a lot. I've benefited a lot. Yesterday, she told me it was time for me to find a phrase that helps evoke the image of my goals.
Today, I came across an observation I made in my journal last August while sitting by the lake in the sunshine watching people. "There is such beauty in a person standing happily right where he or she is in life."
Maybe that one will work.
