One good thing about my four-full-length-feature-film flight yesterday is that I unexpectedy and enjoyably solved a mystery from February 2009 when I walked out of my office directly Into a movie.
I never found out what movie they were filming.
Until yesterday, three films in, I watched a charming one titled Julia's Disappearance. This popular movie released last year with a script by well-known Swiss writer, Martin Suter tells the tale of a woman who decides to skip her 50th birthday party.
At the end she stepped out from the door just beside my office exactly into the same scene. Ah! Now I know! I could totally relate to Julia.
The other charming and miraculous thing about my day with a four-movie flight: I sipped coffee while sitting sleepily on my sofa in Zurich at 6 a.m. and enjoyed dinner while sipping a nice glass of red wine (again rather sleepily) in a country half-way around the world. Modern life is indeed a miracle of opportunity!
